Digitizing Services

We have been providing custom digitizing services to businesses, both large and small, clubs, organizations and anyone looking for special personalization since 1999. Our customers are not only local, but located all across the United States.

Digitizing is the process of converting your drawing, photo or other camera ready artwork into a digital format that can be understood by our embroidery machines. The process starts with your artwork, which our production staff may need to edit further in image editing software to produce the cleanest form necessary to take into our embroidery software. We use one of the best digitizing and editing softwares on the market, and coupled with our time tested practices and expertise, we produce quality designs that not only run well at the machine, but also look professional.

If you have art work that you'd like to submit for a digitizing quote, please email or mail a "clean" copy of your art to us. What do we mean by "clean" copy? Crisp, black and white line art is ideal. Even better is a digital image in any common vector format. However, if all you have is something you've scanned or drawn, we will work with you to convert those formats into clean artwork. Our digitizing fees are based on the complexity of the logo.

Please note, there may be additional fees if the image is overly complex or requires extensive clean-up. We can discuss this when you contact us for a quote (no-obligation). Please be aware that we cannot digitize copyright protected art work unless it is accompanied by signed documentation authorizing permission for digitizing and embroidery. Mascot logos for colleges, universities and professional sports teams require a license to be reproduced. We will not violate any copyrights or trademarks to digitize or embroider sports logos, art work, emblems or insignias without signed authorization. Please call or email if you have any questions.
