How to Order

Helpful information about ordering, order forms, shipping & return policies

At this time, we do not have a shopping cart for placing orders, however we do accept major credit cards and PayPal payments. Please choose one of the following options for placing your order.


Request a Quote

We'd like to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. If you are in need of embroidered or imprinted apparel and/or accessories, please use this Quote Request Form so we can prepare a quote for your order.

Order Online

You may use this online Order Form to place your order. This is the fastest way to place an order, however, it is not a secure shopping cart and we recommended you use PayPal to send payment or use one of the other ordering options described below.

Order by Phone

Use this printable Order Form for your own records if you telephone us with an order. We can take your credit card information by phone also.

Order by Fax

Print out a copy of this Order Form if you wish to order by FAX. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

Order by Mail

Use this printable Order Form if you wish to use the postal service to mail your order to us. Please include a copy of the Order Form along with your check, even if you previously phoned or emailed an order.

Ordering by mail is usually the best option to choose if you have artwork that must be mailed along with order.

Payment

All orders must be paid in advance or by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Novus and Discovercard. Credit cards will not be billed until order is shipped. Credit card information may be FAXed or telephoned to 1-815-653-1045. (Office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Central Time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM, Saturdays and Closed Sundays.)

When paying by check, please expect a delay in shipment until check clears (which is normally 7 to 10 business days).

as the PAY TO email address.

Before placing an order that will be paid by check or PayPal, please phone (or email) to obtain the exact total including actual shipping charges.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Priority Insured mail and United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders are shipped standard ground unless instructed otherwise. All shipping fees, including import taxes for international orders, are paid by the customer. Actual charges apply. We do not ship orders on a C.O.D. basis. Checks must be cleared prior to orders being shipped, which normally takes 7-10 business days.

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be made within five (5) business days of receipt. Return shipping must be insured and absolutely no C.O.D.s are accepted.

If you find you need to return or exchange a purchase, it must be unaltered, unworn and in perfect condition. Special embroidery or imprinting orders cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned Check Fee

Any check returned by the bank for any reason will be assessed a $25.00 service charge, plus any collection and/or legal fees that apply.
