We also provide imprinting services for those times when embroidery is not a cost effective option. For small quantities, you might choose heat seal transfer application, however, for large quantities, screen printing is usually the most cost-effective option. Free quotes available, just ask!

Heat-applied Imprinting

Heat-seal transfers may be the perfect answer for small quantities of company promotional wear, team sports and even family reunions.

This method of imprinting applies a commercially processed transfer to apparel and accessories (towels, aprons, etc.) using a heat press. Natural fabrics are more suitable to this process than synthetic, however, temperature and methods used can be adjusted according to the fabric content and the type of transfer being applied.

We use only the best quality, commercially made transfers. These transfers have different artistic characteristics depending on the manufacturer, but images will be clear, colors brilliant and the drape of the fabric will not be affected. We do not use craft transfers that can be purchased at local hobby and craft stores or ink jet transfers. These do not provide the same type of quality our customers have come to expect. Craft transfers leave a film, often don't produce crisp, brilliant colors and durable images, and severely affect the drape of the fabric.

1) Custom-designed with your logo or artwork: Whether professionally designed or your own creation, we can transform your artwork into custom wearables. There is a minimum order of 10 sheets for custom orders and vector artwork is required. A small set-up fee may also be required. There are no new set up fees for future repeat orders of the same artwork.

2) Combining ready-made transfers with embroidery: Create custom designs by selecting one of the heat-applied transfers shown in our Apparel catalog and have your company or family name embroidered along with it. The eagle design above is a sample from the catalog.

3) Stock transfers for team sports: We utilize a catalog of high quality stock transfers that can be customized for your school, team or event. Choose your sport, font style and colors to create your customized apparel. There is a minimum of 10 sheets for these custom orders and a small set-up fee may also be required.

Screen Printing

For those times when you need a large quantity of promotional wear, screen printing is often the most cost-effective option.

The screen printing process applies a heat-cured ink to the fabric through a silkscreen in which the design has been embedded. Once the item is printed with the inked design, it is cured in a drying oven. Each color in a design is printed separately and pricing is based, in part, by the number of colors to be printed.

Screen printing is cost-effective for larger quantities because we are able to offer a lower cost-per-item. However, there are screen set-up fees and a per color print fee. Other factors effecting price include size of design, type of apparel and quantity. Camera-ready vector artwork is required. Additional fees may apply if BMPs or JPEGs must be re-worked into vector format. All these specifications and variables will be itemized when we quote your order.
